Do you create exclusive orders?
Currently, we are very busy and not accepting any custom orders.
If the situation changes, we will definitely inform the community.
However, we would still love to hear your ideas. You can submit suggestions for new props in the #ideas channel on our Discord server.
Please note: We do not create props that include real-world brands. All custom props will use fictional logos and branding.

Do the props work on platforms other than FiveM?
Please note that the officially supported platform is FiveM, so our packages are always prepared for this platform.
Most of our packages are not tied to a Keymaster account, so if you are able to create a functional resource for other platforms, they should work. However, we do not provide support for platforms other than FiveM.
Please also be aware that packages which are not in escrow at the time of your purchase may be placed into escrow in the future, and only the current version will always be available for download on your CFX account. Older versions will not be provided.

Which frameworks is your work compatible with?
All 3D models are standalone and work with all frameworks.
However, props and animations depend on the scripts or maps that use them.
Props are compatible with any script (just like GTA props), but for proper setup and use, you must follow the documentation of the script you are using on your server.
It is not within our capacity to assist every server with the scripts they use.
Each server is unique, and as the owner, you are responsible for knowing how to configure and use the scripts running on your server.

Do you offer open-source versions?
No, we do not offer an open-source license.
All props are licensed only, as stated in the Tebex Terms of Service.
Some of our packages are protected by the Tebex Escrow system.
Other packages are source-available, meaning they can be modified for your own server, but they may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with anyone else.
Packages protected by Escrow are encrypted and cannot be edited or used on other platforms.
We do not provide the source code for escrowed packages, including for an additional fee.

I purchased the pack a few years ago, but I have lost the files. Do I need to buy it again?
No, you definitely don’t need to purchase the bundle again. Please join our Discord and create a ticket. To locate your order, we will need your purchase ID or Cfx name. After that, we will resend the files to your Cfx portal.

Can I merge the props into one resource?
Yes, but only packages that are not protected by the Tebex Escrow system can be merged.

Can I use the props in my public scripts?
Free props may be included directly in your resource.
Paid props must be used as a dependency and may not be redistributed as part of your resource.
