Addon house for fishermen.
The house is not an MLO, but a prop that can be spawned or moved freely using CodeWalker.
There is no rain inside the house, and there are no puddles on the floor, but wet footprints are visible when walking - see the video.
The house is not snow-resistant, therefore it is not recommended to use it during winter months.
If you know how to use CodeWalker, you can create your own ymap with the house.
If you spawn the house with a script, it will probably rain inside.
The package is sent to your keymaster after the order is completed.
The package includes 19x addon props + ymap. If you do not want to spawn the house at this location, you can delete the ymap file.
