Paid packages:

1. Personal Use Only
Our paid packages are intended for personal use only. Users who purchase them may use the props on their own servers and modify them for personal purposes.

2. Restrictions
You are not allowed to:

• Claim the props as your own work.

• Redistribute the files.

• Share the files in any form.

3. Legal Notice
Distributing the files or copies of them violates Section 4.6 of our Terms and constitutes copyright infringement.

4. For Creators
If you are a script creator and wish to use our paid props:

• You must list our props as a dependency in your package description.

• Your customers must be clearly informed before purchase that they will need to buy our props separately.

Free packages:
Our free packages are subject to the same general terms and conditions as our paid content.
However, as the copyright holders, we grant permission for our free props and animations to be included in your free or paid scripts, provided that the following conditions are met:

1. The assets may be included directly within the stream folder of your resource, or a download link may be provided where end users can obtain the files free of charge.

2. You may modify and redistribute our free packages, but you must not present the original work as your own. You must clearly indicate that your contribution is limited to modifications and provide a link to our original package.

3. The primary content of your script or package must consist of original work created by you (e.g., a script or MLO). Our assets must only constitute a minor supplementary element.

4. Examples of violations include:

   • Merely retexturing props or MLOs and releasing them as new standalone products.

   • Creating and selling a YMAP that primarily depends on our assets.

Under no circumstances may our assets be protected by escrow. While your script or MLO may be protected using escrow, our props must always remain open and editable by end users.

This constitutes an official notice. Additional written consent is not required and should not be requested via private messages.
