After payment, there are two delivery methods:
- If the package uses the "asset escrow system," you can find it on your keymaster account, from which you purchased the package. The package is bound to this account and cannot be used on a different keymaster account.
- If the package is not on your keymaster account, the download link is always sent to the email address provided in the order.
A separate email containing the download link is sent for each package. So, if you purchased 10 packages, you will receive 10 emails. However, your email inbox may usually group emails into one line, giving the impression that you received only one item from the order.
After downloading, please save the files carefully. Download links are available for a limited time.

For verification, we will need your purchase ID (tbx-XXXXXXXXXXXXX-XXXXXX).
